Fundamental Concepts

Children will be exposed to fundamental concepts of music (tempo, dynamics, pitch) through a variety of activities.

Activities

Activities such as singing, moving, playing, creating, instrument playing, and listening throughout the term.

for children 5+ years old :
The children in this class , will get familiar with four instruments, each representing a group of instruments: a sitting drum that they can play with their hands, flute recorder, the xylophones for learning deeper rhythm in group playing, and finally, the piano. The whole session for 4 instrument take four trimesters each 3 month. This class is actually an introduction to various instruments so that in the end, the children can more easily decide what kind of instrument they like. Do they like percussion instruments, string instruments, or the piano? And most importantly, in this course, the children and their parents learn how to practice, how the children should be supported while practicing their instrument.

For children under 5:
The activities are rooted in Orff pedagogy, incorporating rhythmic games and body percussion. Each activity is carefully designed to support children’s development within their specific age group and aligns with their zone of proximal development.

Every age group follows a tailored program, with dozens of engaging games created for each fundamental musical concept.
