Private lessons:

Our lesson package include 12 lessons each semester (36 per academic year). Flexible options are available at the teacher’s discretion, and must be sanctioned by the instructor prior to registration.
Lesson Fees: 30 (CAD )  per class 30 min
Discounts are available for students wishing to take classes in addition to their private instruction at Harmony Music Academy.

Payment Options

All courses fees must be paid (cash, cheque, Interact or e-transfer) in full before the start of the trimestral session.
Students under the age of 14 must be present to their courses with one of their parents or tutors (only one person) who must stay silent during the courses. Their trimestral payments must also be paid in the presence of their parents or tutors.

Student Absences

Cancellation with make-up class is accepted 24 hours prior to the scheduled class only one time in a semester. Other cancelled sessions will not be refunded.
With two unwarranted absences in a month, the course may be cancelled without refund and the student’s place may be assigned to another student.

Instructor Absences

If an instructor is absent, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson at a time that is suitable for both the instructor and student. If the instructor is unable to make up a lesson, the student will receive a refund or credit to be applied to future lessons or classes.
